The pre-expiration notification message allows the sender and/or recipient to receive a notification that the secure message they sent/received remains unread and will expire soon. You can select the number of days after the message was sent that they want the pre-expiration notification email message to be sent.
| Note: | The number of days set for the pre-expiration notification message must be less than the number of days set for the Message Expiration. |
For example, if you decide that a message should expire after 14 days, you can then set the number of days for the pre-expiration notification message to between 1 and 13 days.
